  • Bangladesh’s Taskin Ahmed successfully picked up 3- wickets for 43 runs in 7 overs and Nasir Hossain picked up 2 wickets for 32 runs in 5 overs. Shakib Al Hasan, Sabbir Rahman and Mashrafe Mortaza each picked up 1 wicket.
  • Bangladesh scored 322 runs in 48.1 overs with 4 wickets down. Tamim Iqbal scored 95 runs off 100 balls with 9- fours and 1- six included, Mushfiqur Rahim scored 62 runs off 62 balls with 6- fours and 1- six included, Mahmudullah scored 60 runs off 42 balls with 6- fours and 2- sixes included, Shakib Al Hasan scored 51 runs off 41 balls with 5- fours and 1- six (Remaining Not-Out) and Sabbir Rahman scored 42 runs off 40 balls with 4- fours and 2- sixes at the state of not-out.
  • Tamim Iqbal and Mahmudullah made 139 runs with their 2nd wicket partnership. The partnership set record as a second-wicket partnership with the highest outcome for Bangladesh in the World Cup.
  • 322 for 6 wickets was Bangladesh’s highest successful run-chase. In addition, it was their 3rd 300 plus run chase in ODIs. The last one was scored against New Zealand in 2013.
  • Scotland’s Josh Davey successfully picked up 2-wickets, Alasdair Evans picked up 1 wicket and Iain Wardlaw picked up 1 wicket.
  • Kyle Coetzer was named the Player of the match as he accomplished his career-best scoreline of 156 runs off 134 balls with 17- fours and 4- sixes included.
